These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made from The Hickson Diaries via hicksondiaries.com (“Site”). By using the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Products
We sell physical products and digital products (instant downloads). Product descriptions and images are provided for guidance; colours/appearance may vary by device.
3) Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the Site in GBP unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods offered on the Site.
- If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.
4) Placing an order & contract formation
- Your order is an offer to buy.
- A contract forms when we accept your order and send an order confirmation/dispatch confirmation, or when we provide access to the digital download (whichever applies).
- We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, address problems). If we cancel after payment, you’ll be refunded.
5) Delivery (physical products)
- Delivery destinations, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout.
- International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees. These are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
- Risk passes to you on delivery to the address provided.
6) Digital products (instant downloads)
- Digital products are delivered as instant downloads (e.g., via a download link/page).
- You are responsible for ensuring your device/software can open the files.
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use digital products for your own use unless stated otherwise.
- You must not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or remove copyright notices.
7) Returns, cancellations & refunds
**Important:** We don’t publish a separate return policy at this time. Returns/refunds are handled in line with these Terms and your statutory consumer rights (which vary by country).
Personalised items
-No returns are accepted for personalised items, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described (your legal rights are not affected).
Digital products
- Due to the nature of instant-download digital content, refunds may be limited once access has been provided or the download has started, where permitted by law.
- If a digital product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair/replacement/refund under applicable consumer law.
Faulty/damaged items
- If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact hicksondiaries@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if relevant) and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
8) Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes may be time-limited, subject to conditions, and may be withdrawn if misused. They have no cash value unless stated.
9) Intellectual property
All Site content (text, images, branding, design) and our digital products are owned by or licensed to The Hickson Diaries and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use where allowed by law.
